Main Payment Features

  • Payment methods are credit card, debit, e-transfer, EFT, cash and cheque.
  • Ability to take payments or create customer credits.
  • Can apply the payments on either the invoice or scheduled payment.
  • Transactions are manually ran and the responses are stored. Ask us about automating this to your current payment processor.
  • Transaction responses are either approved, declined or incomplete.
  • Invoices cannot be created if customer balance is over credit limit, or if customer is on credit hold.
